Classic Qualities – Glacier Qualities!
Glacier exists during more than one season. Glacier exists more than one time of day. A full experience would include an effort to see the landscape at different times of the year. If that is not possible then consciously strive to see it at different times of the day. The “magic hour” of light takes place at sunrise and at sunset. Sometimes staying in one place and watching the landscape be changed by the light is as rewarding as driving on to the next turnout or hiking another mile of trail. The change of light can be inspiring.
